FREE no-obligation 30 min introductory Zoom consults:

Available to anybody who would like to discuss their breathing or related health condition, receive a brief assessment, benefit from immediate breathing instruction and be advised on the best plan of action.

Full one on one breathing training:

Five sessions including at home pre and post testing and all instructions provided. Fee: $150 per session.

The Elite Performance Breathing Program:

$150 per session.
Module 1, 2 and 3. Excludes Capnometry Testing. All instructions provided.

Orofacial Therapy:

Average number of sessions 4 to 6. $150 per session.

30min Breathing Induced Deep Relaxation Sessions: $50 per session.

Note: Pensioner, retiree and family reduced rates are available but do not apply to Relaxation Sessions.

House calls are available for local clients unable to attend the clinic.

Zoom clients can email to ask questions or update their progress anytime and will always receive a reply as soon as possible.
