WHAT's IMPORTANT

It is important to realise that the focus of Breathing Training is not on treating or managing symptoms or on altering your environment in an attempt to reduce exposure to triggers. Rather it is focused entirely on changing function, that is your breathing habit. In doing so you will quickly find out what health outcomes can be achieved.

It is highly recommended that should you feel your need for prescribed medications has changed that any such changes first be discussed in consultation with your medical physician. The information contained on this website does NOT constitute medical advice.
