It is important to realise that the focus of Breathing Training is not on treating or managing symptoms or on altering your environment in an attempt to reduce exposure to triggers. Rather it is focused entirely on changing function, that is your breathing habit. In doing so you will quickly find out what health outcomes can be achieved.

Dean is an internationally published research co-author of ‘The Effects of Slow Breathing in the Healthy Human.’ He receives referrals from Medical Specialists, GP’s, dentists, orthodontists and a wide range of Allied Health Professionals. However, referrals are not required to proceed.
